Our establishments respect high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of our customers, we are increasing the level of these standards by being accompanied by an expert body, accredited in hygiene and maintenance.
New procedures are thus put in place within our establishments. Cleaning standards and operational protocols have been reviewed and strengthened.
For the safety of our customers and our teams, we apply the measures recommended by the UMIH and by an expert health and safety firm that we have called upon. Also, we apply a protocol that is even stricter than the government recommendations (example: we commit ourselves to limiting re-layers during the stay and to leave the room empty for at least one day between the departure of a client and the arrival of the next).
You will find a non-exhaustive list of the systems in progress in our hotels and residences:
Frequent disinfection of common areas, especially the most sensitive (such as elevators and shared toilets)
Thorough disinfection and cleaning of rooms
Installation of contactless hydroalcoholic gel dispensers
Installation of hygienic devices (protective glass) at reception and restaurant counters
Reminder of the barrier measures using regulatory posters visible at several strategic points of the establishments
Ground markings to respect safety distances
Staff equipped with the recommended equipment and best suited to the service missions to be carried out (masks, gloves, visors)
Implementation of a health and safety guide based on approved health protocols
The current health situation is forcing us to readjust our reception conditions and the provision of services.
Here are some elements that differ from our usual standards :
Permanence provided by our reception team during limited time slots
No cleaning provided by our room service during the stay
Breakfast service in continental format and no longer in buffet formula
Restaurants may be closed depending on restrictions put in place by the state
Use of common areas (especially the swimming pool and its surroundings) while respecting barrier gestures (limitation of the number of people present at the same time, possible closure of certain swimming pools for our sites which have several)
Rest assured, you are protected for your new reservations.
