Your room will be ready from 3:00 PM, and it must be vacated on the day of departure by 11:00 AM.
In case of late arrival in the evening, it is recommended to notify at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth key retrieval process.
Subject to availability, it may be possible for you to check out later than 11:00 AM. This service can be reserved in advance with the reception, and an additional fee will be charged for this service.

While we appreciate your four-legged friends, they are not allowed in our hotels.
All our hotels have free Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms, except at Karibea Sainte Luce Hotel, where Wi-Fi is available only in the reception area and in the Amyris superior rooms. We are actively working to extend it throughout the entire site.
All our establishments have free parking available without the need for reservations
We provide a baby cot free of charge in the parents’ room for children under 2 years old.
In Karibea hotels and residences, children stay for free in the parents’ room; only breakfast is charged for children aged 3 to 11 (at a reduced rate).
Upon request at the reception, we provide a courtesy room for you to freshen up before your departure.
All our establishments have a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a bar.
We do not offer shuttle service. However, we can suggest taxi or car rental services for your convenience.
The restaurants are open to everyone, even if you are not staying at the hotel.
